Qiu Guodong

Qiu Guodong, male, from Weifang, Shandong Province, is a doctor of management, Professor, doctoral supervisor, majoring in enterprise management. He graduated from school of economics of Heilongjiang University and School of Business Administration of Liaoning University. He is currently a professor of Business Administration School of Northeast University of Finance and economics. At present, he is the director of "National Soft Science Research Association", the "think tank expert" of Dalian municipal government, the "special researcher" of China Academy of Management Sciences, the project review expert of national social science foundation, the project communication review expert of National Natural Science Foundation, the project review expert of China Post Doctoral Fund, and the project review expert of Ministry of education. He has reviewed major projects and general projects for many times. He once served as an expert of Liaoning Economic and social development project evaluation. During the period of serving as a member of the CPPCC Dalian Municipal Committee, he put forward "suggestions on creating a good development environment for the industrialization of science and technology in Dalian" and "suggestions on" big Dalian = big brand + big industry "and other proposals for Dalian, which were adopted. Among them, the "proposal on the system of commuting at the wrong time and on the wrong day" won the "excellent proposal award" of Dalian City, and the "proposal on creating a good development environment for the industrialization of science and technology" has been taken as the main reference for the development plan of Dalian Municipal Party committee and government to build an innovative city. He is the discipline leader of "key construction of first-class discipline in Liaoning Province" ("technical economy and management"). 1. Doctoral training recruits full-time and on-the-job doctoral students with two research directions of "enterprise organization research" and "technology innovation management". Since 2003, more than 40 doctoral candidates have been recruited and nearly 20 doctoral candidates have been trained (graduated). All doctoral dissertations were approved by national sampling. On the basis of his doctoral dissertation research, he has obtained more than 10 national projects, including national self science project, national social science project, Ministry of education project, and China Post Doctoral Fund project. 2. Scientific research has achieved good results in science and technology innovation management, organizational innovation and overcoming organizational inertia, state-owned enterprise governance, regional innovation agglomeration, and the theory of competition and cooperation strategy among enterprises. He has published more than 100 papers in world economy, industrial economy of China, soft science of China, management science of China, economic trends and application of systems engineering theory and methods. In recent years, he has presided over and undertaken 6 national level projects (including: National Social Science major projects, national self science fund projects, national soft science projects, etc.), and has completed 4 projects. He has presided over and undertaken more than ten projects in Liaoning Province, including social science projects, soft science projects, key projects in Liaoning Province and major projects in Dalian City, and has completed a number of enterprise projects.
