Dai Qian
Dai Qian, whose name is Guangfu, is a stone digger.
In the fourth year of Yongle in Ming Dynasty (1406), he was selected to study in Guozijian by regular script. He was recommended by the township official to be the chief book of Putai (now Shandong Province), and later promoted to the governor of Yidu (now Shandong Province). He soon rose to be the inspector of Yunnan Province. He patrolled the area of Huguang. He was upright in the wind and strict in discipline, and severely punished the treacherous and sycophantic people. For a moment, the government and the public were shocked.
