Fu Yang, male, Han nationality, from Qingfeng, Henan Province, was born in February 1966. He started work in June 1991 with a postgraduate degree and a master's degree (graduated from urban planning of Southeast University). He is a national first-class registered architect and a researcher level senior engineer.
He is now the director of Nanjing civil air defense office.
