Chen Xun
Chen Xun (January 14, 1963 - September 17, 2010), male, born, a member of the Communist Party of China, with college education, took part in work in 1980, took part in public security traffic security management in 1991, and was a third level police supervisor. Before he died, he was a policeman of the third squadron of the first brigade of lianxu expressway of the traffic patrol detachment of Xuzhou public security bureau.
In the early morning of March 12, 2010, Comrade Chen Xun was seriously injured by the hit and run vehicle while on duty. After rescue, he failed and died on March 24.

At 1:00 a.m. on March 12, 2010, at the checkpoint of Jiangsu Shandong Provincial toll station on Beijing Fuzhou Expressway, a large truck with Shandong license plate and obvious illegal behavior collided with police officer Chen Xun twice after seeing him stop for inspection. After rescue, he died at 11:46 a.m. on March 24. He was 47 years old.

At about 10 a.m. on March 27, 2010, in the memorial hall of Xuzhou funeral home, more than 700 of Chen Xun's comrades in arms came, his relatives and friends came, and Chen Xun's neighbors also came. They wanted to send Chen Xun for the last journey. Chen Xun was not only seen off by his beloved daughter, but also by his white haired mother, who was in her 70s.
