Liang Qun

Liang Qun, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1967 in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1987 and started work in November 1985 with a postgraduate degree from the Central Party school.

At present, he is member of the Standing Committee of Ningbo Municipal Party committee and Secretary of Beilun District Party committee, director of the management committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone, director of the management committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Daxie Development Zone, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ningbo International Marine Ecological Science and Technology City (Meishan logistics industrial agglomeration zone and Meishan bonded port).
