Ouyang Feng
Ouyang Feng, Jiangxi Yongxin, born in November 1965, doctor, Professor, deputy secretary of School of Geosciences and environmental engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University. In July 1986 and July 1993, he graduated from Sichuan University (formerly Chengdu University of science and Technology) with bachelor's and master's degrees in chemical engineering. In July 1993, he joined Southwest Jiaotong University as a teacher. In July 2002, he received a doctor's degree in municipal engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University. Now he is a national registered environmental impact assessment engineer, a member of Chinese society of Environmental Sciences, a vice chairman of environmental impact assessment committee of Sichuan Environmental Society, and an environmental protection expert of Sichuan World Bank loan project.
