Yan an, male, Han nationality, born in February 1964 in Qingdao, Shandong Province, started work in May 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1992. He is a graduate student and senior engineer of Sociology in the Party School of the provincial Party committee.

He was once deputy director of the Department of land and resources of Gansu Province.
