Du Zhenyu
Du Zhenyu, born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province on February 1, 1983, is a Chinese professional football player. He is a winger and striker. He once played for Changchun Yatai football club and Tianjin TEDA football club.
Du Zhenyu has been playing in Changchun Yatai first team since 2000. In 2007, he helped the team win the Chinese Super League Championship and won the 2007 Chinese football player of the year. In 2008, Du Zhenyu was the torch bearer of the Beijing Olympic Games. In July 2012, Du Zhenyu rented to Tianjin TEDA. On February 2, 2013, he officially transferred to Tianjin TEDA. In March 2015, Du Zhenyu returned to Changchun Yatai. In November 2018, German transfer market confirmed Du Zhenyu's retirement.
After retirement, Du Zhenyu successively served as deputy director of Yatai youth training and head coach of Yatai U19 echelon. Early experience
Du Zhenyu was born in Shenyang, Liaoning Province on February 1, 1983. When he was 4 years old, Du Zhenyu's father often took him to a railway station storage yard in Tiexi District of Shenyang to play football. At the age of 5, Du Zhenyu was sent to Shenyang Tiexi District Sports School by his father.

In 1996, Du Zhenyu was recruited into Changchun Yatai reserve team. At first, Du Zhenyu and his teammates (Wang Dong, Zhang Baofeng, Cao Ming, Wang Rui, Li Bin, Gao Jian, Jiang Pengxiang, Zhang Xiaofei, etc.) came to Changchun Yatai. From 1997 to 99, they played for Yatai in the second division of the League for three years and never made it to the top B, but Yatai still signed a 10-year contract with them.
At the end of 1999, Changchun Yatai and the PLA super ability, who were successful in the first division, played together for one year. Du Zhenyu was selected into the national youth team.
