Zhang Shi, male, Han nationality, from Yudian Town, Guangshui, Hubei Province, was born in December 1964. He graduated from the Department of politics of Zhongnan University of economics and law with a bachelor's degree.

He is now the director of the office of Wuhan Economic Management Cadre College.

Character experience

After graduating from Yingshan No.1 Middle School in July 1982, he was admitted to the Department of politics of Hubei University of Finance and Economics (now Central South University of economics and law) to study politics. He graduated in July 1986 with a bachelor's degree in philosophy. After graduation, he was assigned to the Propaganda Department of Yingshan County CPC Committee to engage in the construction of spiritual civilization. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1988. in January 1989, he was transferred to the propaganda and education center of Wuhan Economic Management Cadre College to engage in propaganda and students' moral education construction. In February 1991, he served as the Deputy Secretary of Wuhan Economic Management Cadre College Committee of the Communist Youth League and was responsible for the construction of the Communist Youth League. Honorary title

During the flood fighting period from July to September 1998, he served as the Secretary and leader of the temporary Party branch of the "youth commando team for flood fighting and emergency rescue" of Wuhan Economic Management Cadre College, and stuck to the front line of flood fighting and emergency rescue in Wuhan for 33 days and nights.
