Li Ruihuan

Li Ruihuan, male, was born in September 1934 in Baodi, Tianjin. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1959 and began to work in July 1951. He graduated from Beijing Construction Engineering amateur college, majoring in industry and civil architecture.

He served as chairman of the Ninth CPPCC National Committee from March 1998 to March 2003.
