Donovan Mitchell
Donovan Mitchell was born in Greenwich, Connecticut, USA on September 7, 1996. He is an American professional basketball player and a point guard. He plays for the Utah Jazz in the NBA.
Donovan Mitchell entered the NBA through draft in 2017 and has been playing for Utah Jazz. He won the all star dunk contest in 2018 and was selected into the all star lineup twice.
Early experience
In 2015, Donovan Mitchell entered the University of Louisville to represent the University in college basketball.
In 2015-16, Donovan Mitchell averaged 19.1 minutes per game, scoring 7.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.7 assists.
In the 2016-17 season, Donovan Mitchell averaged 32.0 minutes per game, scoring 15.6 points, 4.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 2.0 steals, ranking first in the Atlantic Coast League (ACC) in steals, and was selected into the first team and the best defensive team of the Atlantic Coast League.

2017-18 season
On June 23, 2017, in the 2017 NBA draft, the Utah Jazz got the 13th pick from the Denver Nuggets, and then used the pick to pick Donovan Mitchell.
On July 6, 2017, the Jazz officially announced the signing of Donovan Mitchell, a four-year contract worth $14.56 million, with team options for the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons.
