In 1901, he was admitted as a scholar of the Qing Dynasty. In 1906, he entered Shanghai China public school. After studying in Japan in 1909, he joined the alliance. During the 1911 Revolution, he returned to China and became the Secretary of the presidential palace after the establishment of the Nanjing Provisional Government. Because of his old relationship with yuan Keding, the son of Yuan Shikai, he shuttled between the north and the south, mediated peace talks, and made great contributions to the establishment of the Republic of China. Under the instruction of Yuan Shikai, he went to Wuchang with Wang Jingwei's letter. Feng Guozhang captured him and almost died. He was saved by yuan Keding. Hu Shi recorded in his diary:
"When I read Zhu Fuhuang's diary at Shu Yong's place, I know the unification of the north and the south, the abdication of the Qing government, the abdication of sun Zhixun, the election of Yuan Zhi, and the protection of hundreds of thousands of people. His greatest contribution is the nameless hero Zhu Fuhuang. When Zhu Jun heard of the rise of the revolutionary army in Tokyo, he ventured eastward and went north. He traveled between Zhangde, Beijing and Tianjin. He wrote to Xiangcheng three times and said that his son Keding was introduced to Tang Shaochuan and Liang Shiyi. Xu Xiangcheng was president. On the one hand, he made friends with his guests and stabbed Liang Bi and Zai Ze. Peng Jun, who was appointed to stab Liang Bi, died of success. There were three people who were appointed to stab zaizaoze, one of whom was Shi Shaosheng, a former classmate. At that time, Wang Zhaoming had been in Nanjing, exchanging letters and telegrams, negotiating the strategy of reunification, and achieved the success of reunification. Zhu Jun risked his life to report his life to Wuchang. On the way, he was captured by the northern army, and died several times. Yuan Xiangcheng's books, written by him, are all about the interests of the cave. They should be moving. "
In the summer of 1912, he and Wu Yuzhang returned to Sichuan and organized the Sichuan frugality society, which was the beginning of the work study program in France. The beneficiaries include Chen Yi, Nie Rongzhen, Zhao Shiyan, Liu Bojian and Deng Xiaoping.

He wrote a dictionary of FA Xiang with three million words.
