Cheng Tinglu

Cheng Tinglu (1796-1858) was a painter and seal cutter in Qing Dynasty. At the beginning, it was named Zhenlu with the word "Luozhen". At the same time, it was named Lvqing with the word "Wenchu" and was renamed Tinglu with the word "Xubo" and the name "luoxiang".

Profile

Gongzhi, honghesheng, Yinxiang nunnery master, forgetting pastoral scholars, huaijizi, Hecha mountain people, later named Jian and Menghe. Jiading (now belongs to Shanghai) is a place of life. In his early years, he worked in Chen Wenshu and stayed in Wumen (now Suzhou, Jiangsu Province) for a long time. He was friends with pan zengying of Wu County, Qian Du of Hangzhou, Guo Rongguang of Jiaxing and Jiang Baoling of Changshu. He admired the personality of Mr. Si of Jiading in the late Ming Dynasty. He called himself "Xiang" and was engraved with the seal of "Xiao Song Yuan Ge" and "Si Shen Li Ren". The rooms were signed "huashanlou" and "xiaooubo hall". His paintings were instructed by Qian Du, followed by Li Liufang and Cheng jiasui, and went in and out of Wang Jingming and Zhang pengdan. He is good at poetry and parallel prose. Seal cutting is based on Ding Jing and Huang Yi, dating back to the Qin and Han Dynasties. He flourished in Jiangsu and Zhejiang in the name of art and culture. Chen Yunbo commented that he "holds the posture of Phoenix and Phoenix, infuses the air of smoke and mist, and has a poetic and picturesque scene just like him". Zizuqing is a childish man, who is also good at mountains and rivers.
