Wang Jipei
Wang Jipei (1751-1819), a calligrapher in Qing Dynasty, was born in Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province. He was the fourth son of Wang Huizu, a bibliophile. He was a Jinshi in 1805 and the head of the official department.
