Zhou Lvjing

Zhou Lvjing (1549-1640), born in Longqing and Wanli of Ming Dynasty, was originally named Meixu, changed to luoguanzi, and later named Meidian.

Profile

He is generous and good at chanting. With Wen Jia (1501-1583) and Wang Shizhen (1526-1590). Mao Shun, Tu Weizhen, Wang zaodeng and others visited. You gong Shu, big and small seal, Li, Kai, Xing and Cao are all good. He is good at landscape and character. He wrote the wide bamboo slips of Yimen, selected Mei Dian's manuscripts, and reviewed Huihai's paintings. In the 26th year of Wanli (1598), Tianxing Daomao (Figure Painting manual), Qiyuan Xiaoying (bamboo manual), Luofu Huanzhi (plum manual), Jiuwan's remains (orchid manual) and Chungu Yingxiang (a Yinxiang drinking pecker, feather manual) were all recorded in the history of Chinese print. There are many kinds of stone carvings, such as the Orchid Pavilion painting, the image of arhat, the image of the eighteen scholars, the figure of the Tang, song, yuan and Ming Dynasties, Meidian, luoguanzi and so on.
