Tang Tiansi

Tang Tiansi, male, born in September 1932, is a professor, chief physician and doctoral supervisor. He once served as the vice chairman of the orthopaedic branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the leader of the spinal surgery group (the third and fourth sessions), the editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of surgery (the eighth and ninth sessions), the editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics, and the standing editorial board member. scientific research

in the 60 ~ 70's, we made in-depth and meticulous research on bone and joint tuberculosis, congenital dislocation of the hip and other difficult diseases, and achieved good treatment results. In the 1980s, the application of short segment transpedicular internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures was first advocated in China. On the basis of detailed measurement of Chinese thoracolumbar spine, a new spinal internal fixation system APF with simple operation and reliable fixation was designed, and the biomechanical test was completed, which was popularized and applied in China. Recently, we creatively combined pedicle screw technology with laminar hook to develop hook screw system for the treatment of young spondylolisthesis, which provides an ideal method for the treatment of this special type of spondylolisthesis. In addition, some new techniques such as CD correction of scoliosis, surgical treatment of sacral tumors after target vessel embolization, and vertebroplasty were developed earlier in China.
