Chen Nie Heng

Chen Nie Heng, a prose writer and ci writer in Qing Dynasty, whose birth and death are unknown. The word once rose, Wujin people. Kangxi thirty-nine years (1700) Jinshi, gave Li Riverside order, later transferred Changning, built Qingxi bridge, donated Wataguchi Yoshida, the people cherish their virtue. He also gave the principal of the Ministry of criminal justice the right to review the Imperial Academy, but he didn't do much.

His works include Xu Yuan Ci, Pu Zhai anthology, Bian Zhou Wen Jian Lu and Ling Hai GUI Cheng Ji.
