Gao Fei

Phillip kofei, born in Hong Kong, China in 1952, is a Hong Kong Shaw film actor.

Since the 1970s, he has been active in the entertainment industry, and has participated in many action movies, specializing in villains. He is an expert in karate, so he has been a part-time Wuzhi in many films. His representative works include "playing the pig and eating the tiger", Huang Zhiqiang's "fighting the challenge arena", "big New York Chinatown" and "Royal Phoenix", etc., and he has performed more than 100 films.

At 9:30 p.m. on March 30, 2017, Hong Kong famous martial arts actor Gao Fei died of prostate cancer in Hong Kong North District Hospital at the age of 65.

Early experience

From the 1970s to the 1990s, Gao Fei has been quietly existing in the action film circles of Hong Kong and Taiwan. Gao Fei is a karate master. In his early days, he was a karate coach in Taiwan's Zhongyi school. Later, he became a instructor of the Hong Kong Karate Association.

Acting experience

In 1967, he appeared as an extras in the martial arts movie Longmen Inn by Taiwan director Hu Jinquan. In the early 1970s, he really began to enter the film industry. It was not until the early 1980s that Wulang Bagua stick made him famous. He not only acted, but also acted as a screenwriter and director. He mainly made some fashion action films. But in the era of Jackie Chan and Jet Li, he put in some low-cost films to make money. The results were mediocre. ~~~As the spokesperson of the typical villain image, Gao Fei's works such as "nameless fire", "serial gun", "tiger out of the guard" are very good. At the same time, he also set up his own film company. His greatest contribution should be to discover the two big stars of Oshima Youjia Li (who had a marriage relationship with Oshima) and Qiu Yunbo.
