Liu Chao

Liu Chao

Liu Chao, male, Han nationality, was born in November 1971 in Fuxin, Liaoning Province. He started work in July 1993 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1990. He majored in criminal law, School of criminal justice, China University of political science and law, with a postgraduate degree and a doctor of law.

He is now vice governor of Qinghai provincial government and member of the Party group.
