By the end of 2018, there were 46 primary health institutions and 39 other health institutions in the city, including 46 primary health institutions and 1 professional health institution. Among the hospitals, there are 97 general hospitals, 15 TCM hospitals and 35 specialized hospitals. Among the professional public health institutions, there are 1 specialized disease prevention and treatment hospital (station, station), 2 Health Education Institute (station, center), 8 maternal and child health care hospital (station, station), 1 Emergency Center (station), 1 blood collection and supply institution, and 8 centers for Disease control and prevention. Construction of medical facilities: the first phase of Southwest Medical and health center and the new hospital of Municipal People's hospital were completed and put into operation; the PPP project of Chengnan Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital and the second phase of municipal maternal and child health care hospital were completed; the relocation of central blood station and the overall relocation of Municipal Center for Disease Control and prevention were launched; the intelligent three-dimensional garage project of the Affiliated Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Southwest Medical University was accelerated. The upgrading project of township and village health institutions was implemented, and 18 central township health centers and 232 central village clinics were put into use. The Municipal People's hospital has successfully established "three class a" hospitals, with 8 tertiary hospitals in the city (including 5 Class-A hospitals and 3 class-B hospitals).
