Guangdong First Peak Tourist Scenic Area is the largest oasis on the Tropic of Cancer. It has a large area of primitive forests, stable forest ecosystem, dense evergreen broad-leaved forests, continuous streams throughout the year, and numerous deep pool waterfalls. Shikengkong in the scenic area is the highest peak in Guangdong, with an elevation of 1902 meters.

The content of negative air ions is the highest in Guangdong Province and rare in China. Guangdong First Peak Primitive Forest Scenic Area is located in Nanling National Nature Reserve, 220 kilometers away from Guangzhou, with an area of 138 square kilometers.

Yuanwu taro is produced in Yuanwu administrative area of Chaotian Town. Self driving

Guangzhou Luochongwei Direction - Guangqing Expressway - Qingyuan City - Qinglian Expressway - Yangshan County Town Entrance along Guangdong First Peak Road Sign can reach Guangdong First Peak Tourism Scenic Spot.

Bus

You can take the Guangzhou-Yangshan Bus at Guangzhou Provincial Station for about 70 yuan, or the Guangzhou-Yangshan Bus at Luochongwei Passenger Station for about 65 yuan. After getting off, Yangshan Station can take a 2 yuan rickshaw to the second construction parking lot (opposite the first peak building obliquely), and then transfer to Yangshan to Tianquan Resort. The ticket is 10 yuan, which runs every 40 minutes.
