Chengdu University, established in 1978
with the approval of the Ministry of Education, is a comprehensive University
jointly built by Sichuan Province and Chengdu City. It is a key comprehensive
university in Chengdu City. It has a 100-year-old tertiary first-class general
Affiliated Hospital and Sichuan Institute of Antibiotics Industry, a national
antibiotic research and development base. The school has the right to confer
bachelor's and master's degrees and has a post-doctoral practice base. The
school is a construction unit authorized by the Ministry of Education for
Excellent Engineers, the Ministry of Education for National Defense Education,
and Sichuan Province for Doctoral Degree.
Over the past 40 years, the school has been

Location Conditions School is located in
Chengdu, the central city of the country. The new layout of China's higher
education "West Triangle" links to the development of location conditions

Talent training schools focus on adapting

national economic and social development, especially regional major
development, scientific research schools focus on adapting to regional
industrial agglomeration areas, key pillar industries and emerging industries

capabilities. At present, 11 provincial and ministerial science and technology

The Chinese Journal of Antibiotics sponsored by Chuankang University ranks the
top ten in the core journals of pharmacy in China. Professor Wang Qingyuan was
selected as China's "highly cited scholars" for four consecutive
years in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, and won the second prize of the National
Natural Science Award in 2018. In the international natural index ranking
published by Natural Publishing Group in early 2018, schools rank 187 in
mainland China and sixth in Sichuan universities. Academician Zhou Honghao's
workstation of the Chinese Academy of Engineering was established to develop
new individualized diagnostic and therapeutic technologies supported by gene
detection. Since 2016, five post-doctoral students have entered the school's
post-doctoral practice base and received three support from China's

International Exchange and Local Service
Schools plan their development with international standards and world vision,
comprehensively promote the opening of education to the outside world, make
every effort to deepen the integration of industry and education, science and
education, promote the effective link between talent training and industrial
chain and innovation chain, and constantly improve the level of deep
integration and coordinated development with regional economy and society. At
present, the Confucius Institute is co-established with the University of New
Hampshire in the United States. It actively promotes Chinese language education
and Chinese culture. It is the second University in the province to establish
Confucius Institute overseas. Over the past five years, there have been more
than 1300 overseas students, nearly 40 countries of origin, and more than 2000

signed a memorandum of cooperation with more than 30 universities abroad. Over
the past five years, more than 300 foreign experts have come to work or
lecture. Through cooperation and exchanges between schools and foreign
universities, Chengdu has established international friendship with Chiang Mai
Prefecture in Thailand and Hamilton City in New Zealand. In 2016, the school
was elected as the Secretary-General unit of "Chengdu International
Friendship City University Alliance". Princess Shi Lintong of the Kingdom
of Thailand was employed as an honorary professor; in 2017, the Thai Research
Center was selected as the national and regional research center of the
Ministry of Education; in 2018, Guan Guoxing, a specially appointed foreign
expert, won the highest honorary award of the national foreign expert - "Chinese
Government Friendship Award". The school has established strategic
cooperation with the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Xinhua Three
Groups and Chengdu's districts (cities), counties and municipal departments.
The cooperation includes Chengdu Graduate School of Chinese Academy of
Agric
ultural Sciences, Xinhua Three IT College, Chengdu Journalism College,
Tianfu Cultural Research Institute, Chengdu Documentation Center, Chengdu
Football College and Chengdu Research. Academy, Chengdu Tourism Research
Institute, Chengdu Institute of Conference and Exhibition Economic Development,
Chengdu Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry Technology, etc. The school has
the only National Research Center for the development of early childhood
sports.
