Character evaluation
Wearing a small parting, wearing a proper suit, speaking Shanghainese and Putonghua, and adding a few bottles of mineral water, Zhou Libo did not change his clothes, did not rest, and held up a Shanghai style Qingkou performance with one person, one mouth and one cue clip. His stand up includes traditional gimmicks, more fashion jokes, talk shows, talent shows and SMS interaction. On the contrary, he talks about love, marriage, family, career and wealth, often interspersed with bizarre series of gimmicks, and integrates his life feelings into the chat with the audience. (Phoenix Online Review)
Zhou Libo became popular in Shanghai overnight. This is the most suitable time when the most suitable people appeared and the most suitable things were done. The appearance of Zhou Libo is just in line with the demand of Shanghai people for local culture after they have reached a new height in economy. It is precisely because of "the right time, the right place and the right people", that Zhou Libo's popularity is taken for granted. (
