Wang Wei, vice president and Secretary General of Tianjin CPPCC flower and Bird Art Research Institute, member of Tianjin Artists Association. In 2004, he was admitted to the Department of traditional Chinese painting of Tianjin Academy of fine arts. In 2009, he was admitted to the Department of traditional Chinese painting of Tianjin Academy of fine arts. He is a national public funded postgraduate. He graduated in 2012 and obtained his master's degree. He studied under Huo Chunyang, Yang Peizhang, Liu Wensheng, Chen Fuchun and other professors. Now he is an associate professor in Tianjin Modern Vocational and technical college.
In October 2014, he was employed as the artistic image ambassador of WTA International Tennis Open and interviewed by Tianjin TV station.
