Yan Jia
Yan Jia, male, Han nationality, lawyer, CPC member, was born in Jiading, Shanghai on July 4, 1971 and grew up in Rudong, Jiangsu Province. He graduated from Rudong County Middle School in 1989. In 1993 and 1996, he received a bachelor's degree in international economics and a master's degree in foreign legal history from the law department of Fudan University. From April 1995 to July 1997, he was sent by the State Education Commission to study for a doctorate in international financial law at the Law School of City University of Hong Kong, studying the legal issues of East Asian European currencies.

From September 1998 to June 1999, he studied in Yale Law School and obtained a master's degree in law. In 1994, he passed the China lawyer qualification examination, and in 2000, he was qualified as a lawyer in New York state. He is now a member of the New York State Bar Association, a member of the Chinese Law Association in the United States, and a member of the American law and Economics Association. Since September 1999, he has been a corporate lawyer in the New York headquarters of Bowes law firm, a top law firm in the United States. He is mainly engaged in legal business related to mergers and acquisitions, project financing, company management and securities listing. He has participated in a number of large-scale direct investment projects in China. From June this year, he will work in the Hong Kong Office of dandenhao law firm, an international law firm. In August 1993, he went to Singapore as a member of the debate team of Fudan University and won the champion of the first international Chinese college debate. In August 1999, as the leader and coach of the Chinese debate team of Yale University, he led the team to participate in the fourth competition of the competition held by CCTV. He is now a partner of puheng law firm in the United States, and is also the first Chinese global partner of puheng law firm to promote its internal development.
Main works
He co authored Hong Kong International Financial Law (the first author, Henan people's publishing house, 1997), participated in the compilation of the best-selling book the battle of the tongue in Shicheng (Fudan University Press, 1993), and published the reconstruction of legal culture under the condition of market economy, a new mode of financial property rights transfer, a preliminary study of Deng Xiaoping's legal thought, and Hong Kong financial market "Syndicate loans in Europe" and "laws of the United States and Britain related to European currencies: a game theory analysis" and other Chinese and English papers.
