Meng fan, chief physician of breast department, works in Chongqing Union Medical College Hospital. He has been engaged in clinical surgery for more than 40 years. He is an expert member of Chengdu society of general surgery, Chengdu Cancer Committee, and director of Chengdu Medical Practitioners Association.

Achievements:

he studied with Shanghai Cancer Hospital and Beijing Plastic Surgery Hospital, and established strong surgical skills and rich clinical practice experience; he successfully rescued hundreds of patients with major vascular rupture and abdominal multiple organ injury, and could skillfully implement scientific and standardized diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal, pancreatic and biliary diseases and benign and malignant tumors, especially in breast diseases We have successfully developed and implemented more than 10 new surgical methods, namely, disease eradication, aesthetic reconstruction and reconstruction. This technology won the science and technology award. At the same time, more surgeries were created. The traditional radial incision was changed to areola incision; for patients with breast ptosis and bag breast, breast plastic surgery was given while the focus was removed; for patients with breast cancer, a breast was reconstructed while the cancer tissue was removed, and so on.

With many years of clinical experience in breast diseases, Meng fan not only designed and innovated a variety of surgical methods, combined breast surgery with aesthetics, but also designed and implemented one-stage mammoplasty with single mastectomy. He wrote the book "practical breast aesthetic surgery", published more than 20 papers in international and national journals, and walked out of his own unique road.
