Peng Xingying, a full-time actor of the Hong Kong Opera Troupe in Hong Kong, China, graduated from the school of drama of the Hong Kong Academy for performing arts in 1991.
After graduation, he worked as a full-time actor in the Chinese and British troupe and became a freelance actor in other troupes in 1992.
