Character evaluation
Fei Mu abides by Confucian tradition and humanitarianism all his life, which forms his loyalty and persistence to the Chinese traditional culture that he cherishes and protects, and his constant complex of scholar bureaucrats who are concerned about the country and the people. His dream of home and country and his sense of mission to resist the enemy are embodied in his works all his life. (Sanya news online review) the film directed by Fei Mu shows skillful technology. He is good at delicate description of the heart, in the grasp of emotion, also appropriate. The angle of the lens and the composition of the picture are also perfect. This paper makes a philosophical discussion on the value of human existence, the purpose and significance of life from different aspects. In terms of artistic treatment, the lens is concise and the composition is beautiful, forming his unique style. (CNews) in the era of realism and left-wing movies, Fei Mu's poetic expression and spring and autumn brushwork are so different that his works are often not accepted or even criticized at the beginning, and gradually emit more and more meaningful light.
