Gong Jianong

Gong Jianong (February 23, 1902 - October 27, 1993) actor. Born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, after graduating from Zhongying middle school in Nanjing, he was admitted to National Southeast University (renamed as Central University in 1928 and Nanjing University in 1949). After graduation, he worked in Nanjing popular education Museum of Jiangsu Province. From 1925 to Shanghai, he joined the film industry. He first worked in the star film company and played a major or important role in more than 60 films, becoming a pillar actor of the star film company. Later, he moved to the film companies such as Guohua and Jinxing. He came to Taiwan in 1949.

Gong Jianong is from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province. He once studied in the Physical Education Department of National Southeast University (renamed National Central University in 1928 and Nanjing University in 1949). Because of his love of art, he was the backbone of the school drama company, and performed the drama of "life's end". The road to fame

Gong Jianong was born in Nanjing, and had a strong interest in film since he was a middle school student. In 1924, introduced by his classmate Tang Jie (later famous for starring in Mr. Wang Series), he came to Shanghai, joined the Greater China Lily company as a field reporter, and played a guest role in transparent Shanghai. In 1989, accompanied by his eldest son Gong zhuyou, Gong Jianong flew back to his hometown Nanjing, where he met his wife and five sons, who had been away for 40 years, to share the happiness of family. Originally, he planned to visit his movie friends in Shanghai, such as comfortable, Baiyang, Xuan Jinglin and Zheng Xiaoqiu (the latter two are dead now).
