Zhang Zhaolin was the first fan Fu (1892-1956) to carry out modern education in yongjiachang. He was called fan Fu Xiang in his hometown. He was born in Qinan village, Yongxing street, Longwan District. In 1904, when he was only 13 years old, he took the imperial examination for the first time and got the ninth place. Zhang Zhaolin entered Wenzhou Normal School at the age of 19. After graduation, he returned to his hometown and founded the school on the basis of Luoshan Academy Yongjia County No. 2 primary school, Yongxing No. 1 primary school in Longwan District. And wrote down the school motto, diligence, park, Yong. In his whole life, Zhang Zhaolin not only attached importance to education, but also to industry, which was the foundation of revitalizing the country. He also attached importance to industry and had the ideal of prospering the country through industry. He also set up modern industries in his hometown, such as ships, rice mills and water pumps. He also organized farmers to reclaim tidal flats, build salt ponds, introduce sugar cane, develop sugar industry, finish river courses and build bridges. At the same time, he was very fond of studying history. In his later years, he also wrote many papers, such as the basic ethnic groups in ancient China, the study of Xia nationality, and the study of ancient surnames. In a word, Zhang Zhaolin has made his due contribution to the education of his hometown, the development of modern industry and social public welfare.
