Character experience

He graduated from Xinghua Middle School of Jiangsu Province in 1945, from Huaihe water conservancy school in 1947, and from Beijing University of water resources and hydropower in 1963. In May 1949, he participated in the revolution and successively worked in the Ministry of water resources of Nanjing Military Regulatory Commission, Shanghai East China Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water resources, East China Ministry of water resources, planning department of Beijing central Ministry of water resources, technical office and hydraulic Office of Beijing survey and Design Institute of Ministry of water resources, design office of Beijing survey and Design Institute of the second Engineering Bureau of Ministry of water resources, hydraulic Office of Beijing survey and Design Institute of Ministry of water resources, etc Engineer, project leader, chief engineer, chief designer, senior engineer, professor level senior engineer, deputy director and consulting expert. Main contributions

He has been engaged in water conservancy and Hydropower for more than 50 years. He has been responsible for and participated in the hydropower cascade planning of five rivers in the Hailuanhe river system, the design of five large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects and the research on key topics. According to the needs of domestic small hydropower development, he has been responsible for the design and construction of 22 small hydropower stations in Beijing area, and has been stationed in Nepal for the aid task of the United Nations Development Programme In order to meet the needs of peak load regulation and security power supply in Beijing area, the site selection of pumped storage power station in Beijing area was carried out from 1973 to 1974, and the site selection report was put forward; from 1980 to 1985, the feasibility study and design report of Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station and the underground powerhouse in the preliminary design stage were carried out We also visited Italy, Switzerland and other countries to investigate the engineering, design and equipment manufacturing units of pumped storage power stations. he has successively served as the chief editor of the third water conservancy and Hydropower "earth rock dam engineering" information network journal, the chief editor of the world "pumped storage power station engineering examples", the deputy chief supervision engineer of surface engineering of Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station, the construction drawing review and consulting expert group leader of Shanxi Yellow River Diversion Project connection section, etc.; and completed the construction drawing review of Shandong Tai'an pumped storage power station, and the water elevator cascade construction of Luanhe River Longhua reach Development, design optimization and other consulting work. To provide supervision and technical consulting services for a number of large-scale pumped storage power stations and water conservancy and hydropower projects in the Yangtze River and Yellow River. The project implementation experience has been summarized, and many technical papers have been published, among which the article "frost resistance test of impervious panel concrete of upper pool of Shisanling Pumped Storage Power Station" has been selected into "China Water Conservancy and hydropower development library".
