Xu Tao

Xu Tao, male, from Xiangxiang, Hunan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He was born in September 1985 with a bachelor's degree and majored in international politics in Nanjing University. Xu Tao's father was the director of the Standing Committee of a District People's Congress in Xiangtan City, and his mother was the Deputy Procurator General of a district procuratorate. Xu Tao: in the second half of 2012, I took part in the unified open selection examination of the whole province. At that time, I applied for the deputy head of Chenzhou.

The first reason for applying for Chenzhou was that the conditions in Chenzhou were relatively loose at that time. It required one year of full-time formal examination and three years of full-time minor examination. Xiangtan requires a year of Zhengke, but it must work in the township party and government for a full year. At that time, I was in the sub district office for less than a year, but my term as Zhengke was over, so I met the requirements of Chenzhou, not Xiangtan.

Second, because Chenzhou is for the national recruitment, I felt that I could compete with experts from all over the country, and I could see my own weight.

Chenzhou recruited 11 people at that time, and more than 300 people signed up. I was in the top five, and ranked first in the interview. Because the score announced in the interview was 89.4, and other people basically scored more than 85.

At that time, Xiangtan was preparing to recruit five post-80s cadres, but only seven of them signed up. Xu Tao: they seldom care about my work. My father is more like a literati. He is no longer in the position of administrative leader. He retired when the new and old people were replaced. However, he is still the chairman of Xiangtan writers' Association. He likes writing better.

But I can stay, they are very happy, they only have my son, do not want me to go to the field. I am also very happy, because my child was born, in addition to be able to carry out work, but also take care of the family.

Do you have time to study full-time after work? Or to put it another way, do you still have time to work after studying full-time?

Xu Tao: at that time, I chose to go to the full-time graduate school and gave an oral report to the relevant leaders. The Organization Department of the district Party committee wrote me a letter, which was an informal opinion after I reported to the organization. Graduate school is purely my personal behavior, I want to recharge. I don't think the on-the-job students can learn too much. Maybe they study for the diploma. I think I still need to really learn something, so I want to study full-time.

At that time, I took part in the national examination, and I took part in the examination together with the graduates. First of all, I consider that Xiangtan University is located in Xiangtan, so it is more convenient to have classes after work. Another reason is that I think Xiangtan University's law is quite famous in the whole country.

The examination system of Hunan University is relatively strict. Some courses can be exempted, but they can not be exempted. That is to say, after applying for some courses, you can not go to class, but you must pass the exam. Its level test requirements are very high, so some of my make-up exams have not been passed twice. I've passed three make-up exams, and I haven't passed three.

Now the work is more and more busy, so my plan is to finish this graduate student in five years. At that time, I worked in the Youth League Committee, and I had more free time. Later, I transferred my post, and I had less and less time. I focused on my work, so my grades have been on the decline.
