Chen Jinchang

Chen Jinchang, male, Han nationality, from Wenchang, Hainan Province, was born in June 1970 with a university degree. He started work in June 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996.

He used to be a member of the Standing Committee of Ding'an County CPC Committee, director of the County Public Security Bureau and Secretary of the Party committee. He is a relative of Zhu Mingguo, former chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese people's Political Consultative Conference.

In March 2015, Chen Jinchang was double opened for serious violation of discipline.
