Male, from Shangri La County, Yunnan Province. Born in 1940, Naxi people's pseudonym is Yangguan, indifferent mountain people. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the Department of agronomy of Kunming Agricultural University in 1964.

He has successively served as a librarian of Lijiang Cultural Museum, a member of the reporting group of the regional Revolutionary Committee, a member of the writing and reporting section and the literature and art section of the Propaganda Department of the CPC prefectural committee, the chief editor of Yulongshan magazine, the vice president and editor of Yunnan People's publishing house, and the chief editor of everyone magazine.
