Early experience
Yang Junyu spent his childhood in the family home of Lanzhou film studio. His grandfather often took him with the film crew to shoot documentaries everywhere. When he was in the fourth grade of primary school, he took part in the shooting of a public welfare propaganda film "advertising", which was his first performance in front of the camera in his life.
In 2001, 16-year-old Yang Junyu went to Singapore alone under the arrangement of his mother and started a seven-year study abroad.
