Zhou Keyi

Zhou Keyi, female, Han nationality, was born in April 1967 in Chenzhou, Hunan Province. She is a member of the Communist Party of China and holds a postgraduate degree. She joined the Communist Party of China in April 2003 and worked as an accountant in September 1985.
