In July 1982, he graduated from Marine Engineering Management Department of Shanghai Maritime University, and then studied for master's degree in transportation planning and management of Dalian Maritime University.

Chen Lijun, male, Han nationality, Professor, was born in May 1960 in Dafeng, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province. In July 1982, he graduated from Marine Engineering Management Department of Shanghai Maritime University, and then studied for master's degree in transportation planning and management of Dalian Maritime University. He started work in July 1975, graduated from university in July 1982 and was assigned to work in Nanjing maritime school. He has successively served as a professional teacher, teaching and research group leader, deputy director of marine engineering discipline, director of marine engineering discipline and director of education and Research Office, deputy director of Academic Affairs Department and director of marine engineering discipline, and chief engineer of internship ship. In 2007, he was awarded the title of excellent educator in Jiangsu Province, and in 2008, he was awarded the title of famous university teacher in Jiangsu Province.
