Zhu Qi
Zhu Qi, born in May 1942 in Xiangyun, Yunnan Province, joined the Communist Party of China in August 1961 and joined the army in January 1960. He graduated from the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in economics and management with a college degree.
