Lin Jia, female, Han nationality, is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the Law School of Renmin University of China. Born in October 1962 in Guangdong. He was admitted to the law department of Sun Yat sen University in 1980, graduated in 1984 and obtained a bachelor's degree in law. In the same year, he was admitted as a graduate student of civil law major in the law department of Renmin University of China, and obtained a master's degree in law in 1987. After graduation, he has been a teaching assistant, lecturer, associate professor and professor. Since 1996, he has studied in-service doctoral program of civil and commercial law. He is now Secretary of the Party committee of the Law School of Renmin University of China and director of the Institute of labor law and social security law of Renmin University of China. He is also executive vice president of Social Law Research Association of China law society, vice president of China Labor Law Research Association, member of Legal Advisory Committee of all China Federation of trade unions, member of Expert Advisory Committee of Ministry of human resources and social security, member of Commercial Law Research Association of China law society, member of Beijing law society, and vice president of Beijing labor law and Social Security Law Research Association.
