Anecdotes of characters
Deeply influenced by the "left" thoughts at that time, Ling Yun was responsible for the "two Chen" unjust cases. In 1953, Ling Yun, director of the political security department of the Ministry of public security, presided over a meeting before interrogating Liang Xia, saying: "first of all, Liang Xia must be affirmed as a special agent of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. If he can't be tried out, he will spank him; if he can't be tried out, he will show his incompetence in interrogation."
