Li Guangxun (1911-1955), also known as Li Daochang, was born in Tongzi County, Guizhou Province. In 1930, he was admitted to Beiping Private University of the Republic of China and studied political economics.
He soon joined the Communist Party of China in Peiping. In April 1933, he was the propaganda minister of the CPC Beiping Xicheng District Committee and the inspector of the CPC Hebei Provincial Committee in Beiping. In May, he served as the propaganda minister of the CPC Beiping Municipal Committee. In July, the party organization in Peiping was destroyed and left. He was soon arrested and held in the central military prison of the Kuomintang in Nanjing. After the outbreak of the Anti Japanese War, he was released from prison and returned to his hometown Tongzi to teach. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, he taught in Guiyang women's middle school and No.6 middle school. He died in 1955.
