Zhang Jinling, graduated from Capital University of economics and trade, and works in the University of Rochester WilliamE.Simon The business school holds an MBA degree. Chinese certified public accountants, Chinese certified tax agents, American Certified Public Accountants and members of the American Association of financial analysts. He was vice president of Baidu group and CFO of Baidu capital.

He is now managing partner and CFO of Baidu venture capital.

Zhang Jinling has working experience in four major accounting firms, top 500 high-tech companies in the world and excellent Internet companies in China.

He once served as chief financial officer of Cisco Networks in Asia Pacific, Japan and greater China, global financial operations director of Seagate technologies, investment banking manager of professional firms and senior auditor.

Before joining Baidu, he served as vice president of Xiaomi group, responsible for finance, investment, finance and other businesses, and supported Xiaomi ecological chain company to list at home and abroad.
