Early experience

Tian Yu, born in Beijing on December 21, 1975, grew up in the old Beijing Hutong. After a long time in Beijing People's theater, Tian Yu had a good feeling for the stage and drama.

Influenced by the environment, Tian Yu actively studied art related subjects and was admitted to the Central Academy of drama in the year of the college entrance examination. During the University, he played in a stage play. Under the cultivation of Liang Bolong and Yan Gang, he played in a graduation play.

In 1999, he graduated from the performance Department of the Central Academy of drama and entered the former China Youth Art Theater in the same year.

Acting experience
