Feng Chao, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1960 in Fengzhen, Inner Mongolia, with a university degree and a bachelor's degree in agriculture. He joined the Communist Party of China in September 1985 and began to work in August 1983.
He once served as member of the Standing Committee of Ordos Municipal Party committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
