Early experience

Wang Yizhen majored in biology at the University of British Columbia.

In 2003, she won the second place in the Canadian Oriental Girl Contest.

In 2005, she won the Latin advanced group champion and New Star Award in the UBC Gala dance competition at the University of British Columbia.
