Zhang Xinwei

Zhang Xinwei, male, Han nationality, was born in May 1965 in Ruicheng, Shanxi Province. He started work in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1984. He has a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in management.

At present, he is deputy secretary of Taiyuan municipal Party committee, mayor and Secretary of the Party group of Taiyuan municipal government.
