Wang Weiming

Wang Weiming, male, Han nationality, was born in 1957 in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province. Major general of the PLA Navy.

He is now deputy chief of staff of the Navy.

He used to be the commander of the 5th division of the North Sea fleet. in December 2003, he served as chief of staff of the Navy's South China Sea fleet. He was promoted to the rank of major general in March 2006. In April 2007, he served as deputy commander of the South China Sea fleet and aviation commander of the South China Sea fleet. He served as deputy chief of staff of the navy in 2011.
