Gao Xingzhi

family background
On February 8, 1943, Gao Xingzhi was born into an open-minded family whose parents were both Japanese students. After their marriage, their parents returned to Taiwan and settled in Xindian, Taipei. The family runs a rice mill and a pharmacy. They are well-off. They have a elder brother and a younger sister. Because their mother is from Xiluo in the south, they are used to communicating in Taiwanese.
Working experience
In 1962, Gao Xingzhi, who was still studying in Taipei Art College, applied for the central film company. During the same period or in the early or later period, there were famous actors such as Wang Mochou, GUI Yalei and Gou Feng. After graduation, he also worked as an actor in Taiwanese films.
In 1964, Gao Xingzhi for the first time starred in the Taiwanese language film "gratitude is as heavy as a mountain" (the work of famous photographer Liao wanwen). As a performance teacher, he was classified as a powerful actor because of his performance skills. In the same year, Taiwanese films declined rapidly, and she also participated in Mandarin films, including the supporting actress "she Nu" (Taiwan's first color film), which won the best film at the Asia Pacific Film Festival by beating "Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai".
What Gao Xingzhi really makes Taiwan audiences familiar with is the performance of TV series. In 1972, the series "seven swords of Xiluo", which is adapted from the true story of Shaolin martial arts inheritance of Xiluo in Taiwan, was broadcasted synchronously on the spot. It is the most familiar TV series in which she starred. In the 222 episode series, Gao Xingzhi, who performs "Si Gu" (Shi Qiulian), also married Liu Lin, one of the protagonists in the play. It is said that Gao Xingzhi and Liu Lin did not speak for more than 10 years because of an affair with Liu Lin. two days before her death, they gave Liu Lin the divorce consent they signed.
Although Gao Xingzhi didn't star in many films because of his appearance, he played many supporting roles such as loving mother or bad mother-in-law. He is a familiar face in Taiwanese TV series. In addition, she also occasionally participated in the performance of the Mandarin film "the story of Xiao Bi". After that, she tried to work behind the scenes, and her representative work was the Taiwanese language series suxinlan, which was produced in 2002.
