Zeng Peiyi is a Cantonese voice actor in Hong Kong. In 1990, she became a dubbing actor through the first training course for TVB dubbing actors. In the same year, she joined the TVB dubbing group. In 1995, she worked as a freelance dubbing actor. She also served as the foreman of Disney animation dubbing. In October 2003, she returned to the TVB dubbing group. Her husband is dubbing actor Liu Zhaowen.
