Zhu Yan

Zhu Yan, professor and doctoral supervisor of Department of management science and engineering, School of economics and management, Tsinghua University, is currently the president of Internet Industry Research Institute, Tsinghua University, director of advanced information technology application laboratory, School of economics and management, Tsinghua University, and executive deputy director of medical management research center. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1994 and in 1998. He has been a visiting scholar of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (2002), MIT Sloan School of management (2003-2004) and Russell Lille Institute of Technology (2004). The main research fields are network behavior and network economy, e-commerce, Internet finance, medical management, digital economy and industrial transformation. The courses include information system, information management, enterprise resource planning, introduction to information management, etc. the introduction to information management is rated as the excellent course of Tsinghua University. In addition, courses on business transformation, digital economy and industrial transformation in the Internet era are offered for executive training programs and EMBA programs.
